Sadbhavana Diwas Celebration (18.08.2017)

The Sadbhavana (means having good feelings for others) Diwas or Harmony Day is celebratedon 18th August 2017 in the Vidyalaya. Having good feelings for others & to encourage the national integration, peace, national integrity, love, affection and communal harmony among the Indian people of all religions was the only the mission.

A sadbhavana pledge was taken by all the students and teachers.

Investiture Ceremony Primary– 2017 (18.08.2017)

 

 The Primary Section Investiture Ceremony was celebrated in the Vidyalaya during morning assembly on 18.08.2017. All the new leaders have taken pledge which is followed by the march Past.

The Investiture Ceremony of Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 EME, Baroda for the academic session 2017-2018 was held with great pomp and dignity in a special ceremony at the school Premises. The event was presided over by the Principal. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.
The Investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities. We believe that the child centric approach will frame a responsible citizen.
The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. It was commenced with the Embellishment, Flag receiving by Head Boy and Head Girl.

The elected Leaders’ profiles were displayed on the Screen. They were conferred with badges and sashes by Honourable Chief Guest & Principal Mrs.Sunita Kumari. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. Mrs.Sunita Kumari congratulated them and admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. She also exhorted them to uphold the values. She reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers and struggles help one to achieve heights.


She advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the students’ council for the smooth running of the school. The March Past was performed by all the elected Leaders. The function concluded with the National Anthem.

RALLY FOR RIVERS

 An awareness Program “Rally for Rivers” was organized by the   Sadhguru Foundation in KV No.2, EME, Baroda, on 17.08.2017(Thursday) in the morning assembly.

They addressed students about the rivers are dying day by day and if it continues in 2013 only 50% of water will remain for the human being. An audio on “Rally for Rivers” produced by the Isha Foundation was played in the assembly.

And through that the message was conveyed that “Plant more and more trees near by the rivers” so that we can save rivers for future generation.

They also motivated students to give a missed call on 8000980009 for this mission. And also share this information as many people as possible.

In the assembly, students took an oath to save the rivers.Independence Day Celebration(15.08.2017)

As per the KVS RO letter No. F. 120350/1/2017/KVS/RO/AHMD/ACAD Dated. 07.08.2017 regarding celebration of participatory activities on Independence Day from 8th to 15th August, 2017 the following activities were conducted in the Vidyalaya.

Slogan Writing activity conducted for the students of Classes VI to X

Poster Making activity conducted for the students of Classes VI to X

Essay Writing Competition organized from Classes VI to XI.

On 15th August 2017 ‘the Tiranga’ was hoisted by the Principal Mrs. Sunita Kumari followed by March Past of NCC Cadets.

Poems and Speeches were delivered by students and teachers.

Dance on a patriotic theme were performed by the students of Class VI to XI.

Swachhta Pledge and Naye Bharat Ka Sankalp Pledge was taken by all the students, teachers and parents.

The celebration was concluded with sweet distribution by Madam Sunita Kumari.

MAY - 2017

 Summer Vacation Commence from 03.05.2017 to 21.06.2017. The Vidyalaya will be reopen on 22.06.2017.

Board Result AISSCE - 2017

OVER ALL RESULT OF THE VIDYALAYA IS - 95.40% (125 OUT OF 131 QUALIFIED)

IN SCIENCE STREAM 81 OUT OF 82 QUALIFIED AND PASS PERCENTAGE - 98.78%

& IN COMMERCE STREAM 20 OUT OF 24 QUALIFIED ADN PASS PERCENTAGE - 83.3% 

WHILE IN HUMANITIES STREAM 24 OUT OF 25 QUALIFIED ADN PASS PERCENTAGE - 96%

SCHOOL TOPPERS

1) SCIENCE STREAM - SWAGEN MURMU SECURED FIRST POSITION WITH 93.2% AND 13TH POSITION IN AHMEDABAD REGION

2) COMMERCE STREAM - PREETY SINGH SECURED FIRST POSITION IN SCHOOL AS WELL AS IN AHMEDABAD REGION WINT 94.60%

3) HUMANITIES STREAM - MINAKSHI RAJU THAKUR SECURED FIRST POSITION IN SCHOOL AND 10TH IN AHMEDABAD REGION WITH 84.80%

3) Vidyalaya Board Result of Class X is 98.72% and Class XII is 97.97%.

4) In Class X out of 157 ,08 students achieved 10 CGPA.

5) In Class XII Science Stream Ma. Debadeep Chakrobarty has secured First Postion with 92.2%, in Commerce Km. Luxmi Sharma secured First position with 81.6% and in Humanities stream Km. Shambhavi SIngh stood first with 87.8% of marks.

 

APRIL 2015

 

1) Academic Session 2015-16 commenced from 01.04.2015

2) Retest of Class III to VIII will commence from 06.04.2015 / EIOP for Class IX and Supplimentary Exam for Class XI will commence from 18.04.2015.

3) Result for Retest of Class III to VIII will be declared on 16.04.2014 and EIOP for Class IX and Supplimentary Exam for Class XII will be declared on 30.04.2015

4) Visit the UBI online fees tag for online payment of Fess for April to June quarter/contact UBI branch for offline payment with challan.

5) Visit CBSE academic website for Secondary School Curriculam 2016 or Sernior School Curriculam 2015-16.

 

SEPTEMBER -2014

-->Regional Level Social Science Exhibition was organized in the Vidyalaya from 01 & 02 Sepetember 2014.

 

 

AUGUST - 2014

 --> Regional Level Sports Meet 2014 (Cricket U-16) was organized in the Vidyalaya from 21 August to 24 August. Total 10 teams from 5 clusters had participated in the event. 

 --> Independence Day 2014 was celebrated in the Vidyalaya with zeal and enthusuasm.

--> A QUIZ was organized by Vodaphone and Yippee noodles for the students of Classes V to X. 

--> Summative Assesment - I for Classes III to X and Half Yealry Exam - 2014 for Class XII is going to commence from 18.09.2014 in the Vidyalaya. For datesheet visit 'Exam Schedule' web page.

--> Sanskrit Saptah was celebrated in the Vidyalaya from 7th August to 13th August 2014. In which various activities are conducted. Different competitions were organized in which all the students of Classes VI to X had participated with enthuasism.

-->Cluster Level Sports Meet organized in the Vidyalaya on 6/8/2014 and 7/8/2014 for Kabaddi and Basket Ball ( Boys and Girls) for Baroda and Surat Cluster.

 

JULY - 2014

Class X

·        Total  178 students appeared, out of them 9 students got 10 CGPA and the Vidyalaya result is 100%. The students with 10 CGPA are  (i) Atul Tyagi (ii) Ayush K. Class XII

·         Science stream

o   Total 86 students appeared out of which 84 passed and pass percentage is 97.67%.

o   In Science Stream Ma. Rajat has secured 1st postion with 94.4 %

 

·         Commerce Stream

o   Total 51 studetns appeared out of which 49 passed and pass percentage is 96.08%.

o   Ma. Nitin Kumar Chaudhary has secured 1stposition in Vidyalaya with  89.6 %.

 

·         Humanities Stream

o   Total 29 students appeared out of which 29 passed and pass percentage is 100%

o   Ku. Rakhi Rathore has secured 1st postion in Vidyalaya with 80.8%

Alumini of the Vidyalaya Ma. Siddhant Singh (2009 Batch) made his place among more than 5 lacs students of the country by passing NDA exam. He has been appointed as Flying Officer in Indian Army.(Copy enclosed)

Eight students of the Vidyalaya Ku. Yugishtha Srivastava, Ku. Deepashree Marathe, Ku. Rashmi, Ma. Suyog Gadhave, Ma. Suresh Prasad, Ku. Pratistha Poonam, Ma. Rakesh Kumar and Ku. Shambhavi Singh were selected for attending Prize Distubution Function at TMC Balyogi Auditorium Parliament Annexe New Delhi  on 16th July 2014, for their best performance in Zonal Level Youth Parliament Competition held at KV Chandkheda.

Mast. Anand Shivam and Ku. Aditi Singh of Class XII – A have been selected for Jawaharlal Nehru National Science Mathematics and Environment Exhibition to be held at Bhubneswar in the month of July.

Two scouts Ma. Arjun of Class IX-B and Ma. Akshay of Class IX – D were selected for Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp to be held at Mathura.

Four NCC Cadets of Class X were attending CATC – II program at NCC Camp, Baroda.
